These Terms of Cooperation govern all agreements concluded between customers and ZEDINTEK.
Any modifications require a written agreement signed by both parties.
Only registered businesses or professionals are eligible to contract with ZEDINTEK.
Customer general conditions deviating from these terms are only valid if accepted explicitly in writing.
Acceptance of these terms during registration or initial purchase implies their validity for future transactions.
Product information may be communicated via website, brochures, or any other public form of marketing communication.
Prices shown on the website or marketing materials are indicative and do not constitute an offer.
Binding prices are those shown at the time of placing the order unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
All prices are VAT-excluded for all countries.
The title of goods passes to the buyer upon full payment as per Saudi regulations.
Orders may be placed via the ZEDINTEK website, email, or customer communication channels.
Order confirmation will be sent electronically and is binding.
Orders are accepted only in valid multiples as specified per product listing.
ZEDINTEK provides two delivery options, standard and express across Saudi Arabia and GCC countries via reliable logistic partners as DHL and others.
Express Delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 working days in KSA; 1 to 2 additional days may be required for deliveries to outlying or hard-to-reach areas. 1 to 3 additional days for other GCC countries.
Standard delivery may take between 10 to 15 days. Customs clearance delays are outside of ZEDINTEK’s responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Packaging and shipment consolidation may vary depending on availability and customer requests.
For exports outside Saudi Arabia, customers are responsible for import duties and clearance.
Exported goods will be accompanied by commercial invoices and technical certificates when applicable.
ZEDINTEK complies with international trade laws and requires the same from its customers.
ZEDINTEK issues VAT-compliant invoices in electronic format in line with ZATCA regulations.
Invoices are provided in SAR unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Customers must verify invoice details upon receipt and report discrepancies immediately.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and major credit cards.
Requests for deferred payments must be supported with official documentation.
ZEDINTEK reserves the right to suspend delivery in the event of overdue payments.
All products are selected from verified manufacturers and include appropriate certifications (RoHS, UL where applicable).
Products are packed securely to ensure safe transportation.
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered, and ZEDINTEK can assist in processing claims.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted upon prior written authorization by ZEDINTEK.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
ZEDINTEK is not liable for indirect damages including loss of profit, production stoppage, or reputational harm.
Total liability is limited to the value of the products ordered.
Customer is responsible for ensuring correct product usage.
ZEDINTEK is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond its control including war, natural disaster, or strikes.
Affected parties must notify the other party promptly of any force majeure event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
Website access requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled.
Ordering requires a valid email address and optionally, a user account.
Electronic documents are provided in PDF, Word, or electronic invoice formats.
ZEDINTEK handles personal data in compliance with local KSA law and, where applicable, international standards (e.g. GDPR).
Customers can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
Data is never shared without consent and is stored securely.
ZEDINTEK operates in the B2B &B2C sector, but consumer protection laws apply to individuals where applicable.
No return or withdrawal rights apply to customized or industrial-use goods once shipped.
